Federal Bankruptcy Exemptions

 

Pennsylvania is one of few states that allow debtors to use both state and federal bankruptcy exemptions. Other states, such as Delaware, have opted-out of the federal system and do not allow debtors access to federal bankrutpcy exemptions.
